Nice List

Hello and welcome! Today I'm sharing what I think is my final Christmas card for 2021 and I made it using the colors from The Paper Players' current challenge.  I'm also sharing at the Four Seasons challenge, Watercooler Wednesday Challenge and the current Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge where the theme this week is "Bling it On".

LeAnne gave us the perfect traditional colors to use this week.  It was a happy surprise to find I still had some Merry Merlot cardstock!

I love this Santa Bunny image!  He was stamped on white cardstock and colored with Copic markers for everything except the gold buckle and buttons.  For that I used a paintbrush and gold metallic paint.  The sentiment grounding Santa is from the same set and was gold heat embossed on Merry Merlot then die cut with the matching die.  I also die cut Santa but when I decided to layer him directly onto the Ivory panel (my Very Vanilla sub), the white outline did not look good at all, so I ended up fussy cutting him.

Next, the Ivory panel was die cut to give it that deckled edge, embossed with a 3D snowflake embossing folder on the Ivory panel, then I used the same gold paint around the edges.  The panel was adhered directly to the Merry Merlot card base, then the sentiment and Santa Bunny were added with thin foam squares.  The last step was to add a bit of bling with the gold baubles.

Thanks for taking time to visit, I appreciate it very much.  Take care and have a very Merry Christmas!

Stef, you've has used texture and heat embossing to enhance your adorable bunny Christmas card. I love the gold embossing around the embossed snowflake background. I love the fussy-cut image of “Santa Bunny”. He has been beautifully coloured and lifting him up from the background with Dimensionals really puts him in the spotlight. Very nicely done.
