Hello friends! I'm sharing a card made for the final challenge at CAS(E) this Sketch. It's sad to see Chrissy hang up the blog but it's certainly understandable that she has chosen to put family first. While I've played along with the challenge off and on over the years (and LOVED all the fabulous DT inspiration), I realized it's been some time and I certainly wanted to join in for the last one.
This is a retro sketch created by the original blog owner. I decided to make a cute Valentine with it.
I started out by stamping the cute truffle images on white card stock and colored them with Copic markers. Since there are no matching dies for this set, I fussy cut them out, which reminded me of how spoiled I've become when stamps have coordinating dies LOL! I added a bit of shimmer pen to the heart, the sprinkles and the wrapper on the bottom truffle. Glossy Accents was added to the heart, sprinkles and the top of the lowest truffle. It made them shine nicely IRL but the photo also captured a reflection of the photography lighting with funny squiggles.
Thanks so much for visiting, I really appreciate it! I hope you're remaining safe and healthy! Take care!
Stef
