Bold Cupcake for the Tic Toc Toe Challenge

Hello, my friends, welcome back!  It's time for a new Tic Toc Toe Challenge with Team 0.  The wonderful Annie is our Featured Designer and has given us this awesome board!

For my card I went on the diagonal with cupcake, big sentiment and twine.

I mean, if you're going to have a cupcake, it should be a REALLY big one, right?  I colored it up with Copic markers then decided to fussy cut it as I wanted to layer it on a fun background.  Next I took a panel of Bristol and spread on Glitter Glitz gel using a stencil.  I let that dry and then trimmed down all the edges, adhering it directly to the Desert Storm card base.

The sentiment was die cut then layered on the cupcake with thin foam squares, then I used foam tape to add the cupcake to the card.  The strawberry and frosting were painted with an aqua shimmer pen to dress them up a bit, then the final step was to add the black and white baker's twine.

Thanks so much for visiting, I really appreciate it!  Be sure to use the link above to check out all the fabulous cards by the rest of the design team and hopefully join us at the Tic Tac Toe challenge this week!

Stef, when I grow up I want to be able to color like you do! That cupcake is so awesome and I just want to scoop that frosting off with my finger. Thanks so much for rocking my "first" board this week! Hugs, Annie
