I'm back with a card made for the color challenge at ColourQ, using this week's card sketch at Splitcoaststampers.
I couldn't resist the classic colors of spring - lots of yellow, a bit of purple, green of course, and a bit of dirt, or in this case, Crumb Cake / Kraft.
The flower from Simply Sketched was stamped twice on Watercolor paper and colored with Pear Pizazz and Elegant Eggplant with a blender pen. I cut out the second flower and popped it up on Stampin' Dimensionals.
An easy card that came together very quickly this afternoon, which was great as it allowed me to still get some work done around the house and not feel guilty for spending the whole day in my craft room!!
Thanks for taking a look today, and as always, I'd love to hear from you if you have time to leave a comment.
Hugs,
Stef

Thanks for your kind words on my final DD post, Stef. We're all going to miss that challenge! This is a beautiful spring-y card! Excellent interplay of the challenge colours, and I love your watercoloured poppy especially.
Beautiful card, Stef! Thanks for playing with us at the colourQ.
This is beautiful, Stef - great use of the challenge colours. I especially like the Daffodil Delight DSP against the Crumb Cake card stock; a lovely base for that gorgeous floral image.
Very pretty! Love the combination of the patterned papers and embossed panel. Thanks for playing along with us at the ColourQ this week!
Beautiful card-I plan to make a similar one as a Get Well card-should brighten anyone's day. Thanks for sharing.
