Hi there and welcome back! My card today was made with the great sketch from this week's Paper Players challenge.
I had remnants from the last card I posted on my desk, so I ended up making another small square card (4.5" square).
I leveraged the small bit of Calypso Coral in the bottom right corner of the designer paper by adding a vertical strip of the same color card stock embossed with the Pretty Print embossing folder and a small floral circle from Daydream Medallion. Originally I did not intend to make this in a distress style, but when a stamp inked with Smoky Slate slipped off the acrylic block to which it was supposed to be adhered, well, I needed a plan to redirect the viewer's eye, so to speak!!
Fortunately, the paper already had a distress look to it. The matching envelope was actually made for yesterday's card, but I ended up using a different designer paper for that envelope, so it became part of today's post.
Thanks for visiting! I hope the rest of your week is wonderful!
Hugs,
Stef

Good save...I love your grungy look! I think this paper lends itself to that style anyway! Very nicely done! Thanks for sharing this with us at the Paper Players this week!
Stef, I love the grunge elements with the softness of the bow. Great take on the sketch. So glad you joined the Paper Players this week
