Wicked Together for the Tic Tac Toe Challenge

Hello friends and welcome back!  It's time for a new Tic Tac Toe challenge!  The lovely Jeanne is our Featured Designer and has given us this fun board, perfect for fall.

For my card I went straight across the bottom - cat, night and plaid.  I used a fun Halloween silhouette stamp set from Picket Fence to create the scene.

Starting with a panel of Bristol, I masked off the large moon then ink blended several Distress Inks to create the spooky night.  I spritzed the panel with water and set it to the side to dry.  Next I heat embossed my plaid onto an orange panel and used the retired Lucky Stars embossing folder with a strip of Blackberry Bliss card.  Both of those were then adhered directly to the black card base.

I made sure the ink blended panel was completely dry, then inked up the images and sentiment with black pigment ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder.  The panel was then trimmed down and adhered to a slightly larger black panel, then added to the base with foam tape.  Finally, a few Dark Sapphire jewels were added for a bit of bling.  Yes, even a Halloween card can have a bit of that IMHO LOL!

Thanks so much for visiting, I always appreciate it!  Be sure to use the link above to check out the amazing cards of the other DT members and join us for this fun challenge this week!
