Last time we had coral in our color combination, I struggled with it, so I became determined to find some inks that would work. Subsequently, I happened to see a Jennifer McGuire live and she shared a trio from Altenew that I kept in mind and used on my card today.
The Lovely Rose Peony set from Altenew included stencils, so I dived right into using them with my new found trio of Pink Pearl, Coral Bliss and Coral Red. It's more on the pink side of coral, which I prefer. The matching dies cut both the floral image and the sentiment.
For the background I pulled out an old red rubber background stamp from MFT and inked it up both lightly and imperfectly with a light gray ink. I liked the subtle variation it created. Finished things off with a few gems from my stash.
