Great Friend

Hello Friends!  So glad you could come by and visit my blog.  Today I have a card to share that I made for the latest Fusion Challenge.

I considered using both the sketch and the photo as inspiration for my card, but in the end I decided to go with florals and just use the sketch.

The flower and leaves from More Spring Flowers were heat set with white embossing powder on Bristol paper, then watercolored with various Zig markers (listed below) and die cut with companion dies after they dried.  While drying, I created the white card base, adhered the strip of black and white patterned paper, and die cut the white card stock circle.  I used glue dots to layer the leaves and rose onto the circle, with just one Dimensional under the right side of the flower, then the decorated circle was attached to the card base with foam tape.  After adhering the sentiment strip, a few Nuvo drops were added as the final touch.

Thanks so much for visiting!  I've added a link above to the challenge so be sure to head over there and enjoy all the beautiful inspiration!

Stef
