Hi there! I'm sooo glad it's the beginning of a 3-day weekend! Work has been hellish, so I'm grateful for the additional day off. Plus, I look forward to celebrating our wonderful Fourth of July holiday!
Tonight I have a card to share that I made for two challenges - CAS(E) this Sketch and the color challenge at Stamp Ink Paper.
The bright yellow and orange in the SIP challenge are a bit out of my normal wheelhouse, but when I thought about using the Circle of Spring wreath for the sketch, I realized those happy colors would work beautifully. A blender pen was used to color the flowers and leaves.
Since I didn't want to totally cover the wreath with the sentiment banner, I decided to use vellum and heat emboss the sentiment. Metallic Enamel Embellishments anchored it on each end.
Thanks for looking. As always your visit and comments are so appreciated! Also, I've included links above to the respective challenges and I encourage you to use them to check out all the beautiful inspiration. Have a great weekend!
Until next time...
Stef
